The UX Designer will develop an executable vision for the Ampion subscriber experience. This individual will partner with product managers, developers, and other UX designers, to transform customer experience problems into solutions that grow revenue, increase customer satisfaction, improve partner productivity, and reduce expenses.

Core Responsibilities
  • Design smart, beautiful web experiences
  • Create new design systems and solve problems within existing ones
  • Plan interfaces and prepare wireframes
  • Speak to internal as well external customers and present your work
  • Translate your design in HTML/CSS/SCSS
  • Work collaboratively with designers and developers to implement and deploy sites
  • Use best practices like service blueprinting and journey mapping to update and maintain existing customer experience architectures and create broad alignment across current state processes and detail a vision for future state processes
  • Understand our users and target audience to inform your design direction
Essential Attributes
  • The capacity to work on multiple projects concurrently
  • A keen eye for detail
  • A deep familiarity with contexts, screens, and device capabilities
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a user experience designer, UI designer, interaction designer, or similar role
  • An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating hi-fidelity user-centered design solutions
  • Fluency in best practices for mobile and desktop design, as well as working knowledge of usability principles and techniques
Essential Attributes

  • Take responsibility for any Ampion assets assigned to you
  • Promptly report any security events, incidents or weaknesses to Ampion Security as outlined in the WISP
