Part-time: 25-30 hours/week

Are you looking for a fast-paced, flexible part-time role where you can make a real difference and help advance clean energy? Ampion Renewable Energy is a Public-Benefit Corporation and market leader in community solar, connecting residents to affordable, renewable energy across the country.

We’re hiring part-time Enrollment Advisors (25–30 hours/week) to join our sales team. In this role, you’ll excite, educate, and enroll residential customers into local solar farms through phone and email outreach. It’s ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping people and wants to grow with a mission-driven team. Top performers may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time position.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain a high volume of outreach activities on a daily and weekly basis, primarily through phone calls and emails
  • Respond to incoming phone calls, emails and inquiries
  • Qualify and guide subscribers from qualification through close of sale by effectively conveying Ampion’s value proposition
  • Assist customers with their online enrollment
  • Record all sales activities in CRM software
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on residential enrollment campaigns
  • Be a constant chAmpion for Ampion and turn customers into ambassadors!

Qualifications:

  • Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, hands-on, results-oriented, and a team player
  • Experience in a sales or customer-facing role, or a strong desire to help people and learn quickly
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with people, providing top-notch service experience
  • Experience with mass marketing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency and ability to work with multiple IT platforms such as Microsoft Office, Google, Slack and CRM systems like Salesforce

Compensation & Growth:

  • Hourly plus commission per enrollment
