Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and other relevant technologies.

• Web application development including CSS or HTML5

• Experience with common JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, React, etc.

• Integrate Salesforce with other third-party systems using APIs and integration tools.

• Provide quality user experience with professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.

• Independently perform tasks with some guidance to execute a portion of the project scope.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce customizations and integrations.

• Adhere to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.

• Mentor junior team members

Essential Attributes

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related field
• Proficient in Salesforce development
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to multitask, prioritize and get things done efficiently
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1, Salesforce Platform Developer 2 Certifications are preferable

Other Responsibilities

• Understand and maintain established OKRs as guiding principles for organizational success
• Comply with Ampion Written Information Security Policy (WISP), Ampion Employee Guidelines and all other Ampion Information Security Policies and Procedures
• Take responsibility for any Ampion assets assigned to you
• Promptly report any security events, incidents or weaknesses to Ampion Security as outlined in the WISP
• Review all code and development processes with security best practices in mind
