The role of Compliance Specialist is to ensure Ampion is working with credible, well-trained partners and that we are enrolling high quality sales. This individual will be at the forefront of identifying, verifying, and taking appropriate action to disassociate Ampion from any fraudulent behavior. The Compliance Specialist will be expected to work cross functionally to optimize processes and propose additional preventative measures across all stages of subscriber and channel engagement. This role reports to the Director of Sales Operations.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily monitoring of red flag activity captured in the CRM and Google Looker dashboards
  • Provide support to Sales Operations Compliance Specialist in ensuring all channel partners adhere to state-specific training and sign Ampion’s Universal Agent Code of Conduct before sales activity can commence.
  • Attend regular meetings with members of the operations, engineering, and acquisition teams to discuss trends and isolate compliance-related issues.
  • Conduct approximately 25 calls with customers weekly to validate red flag data, subscribers from newly onboarded agents and random sampling for those in “amber” risk status.
  • Create and modify Salesforce reports and dashboards where necessary
  • Accurately record all engagement history in the CRM both on the subscriber and agent level.
  • Assist with the collection of valid subscriber agreement, LMI and utility documentation.
  • Coordinate with Ampion account manager to swiftly communicate to channel leadership when egregious agent activity is identified.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of historic enrollment activity during the agent offboarding process.
  • Email correspondence channel partners on low usage customers and non-payment summaries.
  • Assist the team with standard rep onboarding requests where appropriate.
  • Provide wider support to the sales operations team, including but not limited to; generating cost savings summaries to prospective subscribers, utility bill analysis, usage report creation.
