Through enrolling in this state-sponsored program, not only will you contribute to Maine's effort to expand its renewable energy generating capacity and reduce its carbon emissions, you will also be reducing your annual electricity spend by up to 15%. In addition, by participating in this program, you will also qualify for a $50 Buoy Local card to be used at participating Bangor area businesses.
