- Copy of your electric bill
- If you qualify for financial assistance, include qualifying evidence like a LIHEAP bill or SNAP award letter so we can offer a greater discount.
Evidence from these assistance programs is also acceptable: Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA), Lifeline Telephone Service Program, Medicaid, National School Lunch Program (NSLP),Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit
